About this Meeting
This year’s meeting begins on Sunday afternoon with Pre-Conference workshops followed by an opening night reception. The conference then kicks off with the Exhibitor Trade Show and Opening session on Monday morning. The conference concludes at noon on Wednesday morning.
Arrangements for this conference, including meeting rooms, guest rooms, and exhibitor tradeshow take place at the Spokane Convention Center and The Davenport Hotel. All activities on Sunday and Wednesday take place at The Davenport Hotel, as well as the activities on Monday and Tuesday evening. On Monday and Tuesday all educational programs and the Exhibitor Trade Show take place at the Spokane Convention Center.
Complimentary shuttle services will run between The Davenport Hotel and the Spokane Convention Center on Monday and Tuesday. Buses will run every 10 minutes prior to the start of and at the conclusion of the meeting events each day. Buses will then run every half hour throughout the middle of the day and an on-call shuttle service is available from the hotel as well. Shuttle Schedule Here

Prior to the meeting you will receive an e-syllabus via email. It will include all the details about the meeting, including an up-to-date schedule and speaker handouts to review and print before you leave home.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and Internet Café
To access your e-syllabus during the meeting, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout The Davenport Hotel and Spokane Convention Center. And to help you stay in touch, a complimentary Internet Café will be available on the Exhibit Floor on Monday and Tuesday. What to Wear
Attire at this conference ranges from business casual to totally casual. Be sure to dress in layers since meeting room temperatures may vary, and be sure to bring a light jacket.
ACMPE Credit Hours
This program is approved to receive credit hours as assigned by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). Exact credit hours will be specified on a credit hour form that will be available at the meeting. A generic certificate of attendance will be provided upon request for other professional education credit hour documentation.
